Observed four of five Eastern Bluebird eggs have hatched in Nestbox Delta. Yahoo! We will monitor nest for next 10 to 12 days and then observe parents' activities from afar until birds fledge.
House Sparrows continue to attempt to build nest in Nestbox Bravo. Removed their most recent efforts and one egg this morning.
Saw what we believe was a Checkered White butterfly.
Very heavy rainstorm with strong winds this morning, but sun came out and is drying off the pasture/prairie.
