trusting the FNAI project so you do not have to add observations

If you are tagged in this post, then you have observations in the project that we cannot use the true coordinates of. This is a traditional project rather than a collection project and, while traditional projects have some advantages over collection projects, one drawback is that observations have to be manually added to the project. We realized from project member feedback that it was a lot to ask for members to have to add their observations to the project on a regular basis and we have found a way that we can add them for you. The only problem is that your project membership settings must be configured to allow us to access the true coordinates of your observations. If you would help us by checking your project settings, we would really appreciate it.

To “trust” the project, please go to https://www.inaturalist.org/projects/fnai-tracked-species and click on “Your Membership” a little ways down towards the right. If you would change your private/obscured visibility setting to the top choice of "Yes, no matter who adds the observation to the project", this will allow us to access true coordinates for our conservation work.
