Do you mean that Ourapterygini is abolished and all its genera transferred to Ennomini, or do you only mean that the genus Neoterpes is transferred from Ourapterygini to Ennomini with other genera, such as Sabulodes, retained in a shrunken Ourapterygini?

The entire tribe Ourapterygini is transferred to Ennomini and no longer exists, although a few genera (Mnesipenthe, Neorumia, Henicovalva, Pityeja, and Idialcis) were transferred out of Ennomini. I'm not sure whether any of these came from Ourapterygini. From Brehm (2019): "Both taxa are closely related and we therefore agree with the synonymization of Ennomini and Ourapterygini by Belj aev (2008), as results are also consistent with earlier hypotheses (e.g. Sihvonen et al. 2011)."
