Clouded Buff?

Sitting in the sun, watching a colony/drift (?) of hard working Mining bees enter tiny sand mounds dotted about the garden. Legs & bellies packed with pollen.

Potentially an escaped pet bird? It was unusually friendly (almost let me touch them), but seemed healthy and flew onto a tree branch later.
