I have always been a naturalist, ever since I was little. I grew up in a suburb, lived in a big city, and now live in a semi-rural neighborhood bordering marshland. We regularly see raccoons, many species of birds, opossums, and other marsh life in our backyard. We also feed feral cats, most of whom are fixed through a t-n-r program in our area.
