I will try to solve this problem by checking POWO and various databases to manually identify synonymous relationships.
To begin with, I will start by sorting out the endangered species (Red List species as defined by the Ministry of the Environment Japan).

Now, Saxifraga bronchialis ssp. funstonii is named as シコタンソウ, ユウバリクモマグサ and チャボシコタンソウ.
