This morning I found a little Masked Bee hunkered down in one of my Sea Dahlias against the wind and rain of the current storm. Still there 3.5 hours later, drying in the sun. Last 2 photos were taken first, while the flower and bee were wet with rain.
This little cuckoo wasp was hanging around some Hylaeus bees on a Cneoridium dumosum. Everyone was very tiny and very fast!
