@centratex, I think this may be a different bird than the one that we've been discussing for several months (whose band was 1154-06838). This bird's band appears to end in a number 3. (???33). The toes on both feet of this dove appear blackened.
I'm adding notes here to distinguish between the several banded doves that have shown up at this location in the last couple of days. They are distinguishable because each seems to have various degrees of blackening of their toes. It looks like each dove suffered from frostbite from Winter Storm Uri (unless some other condition is responsible for toe blackening?)
