New place: North Frontenac
I added North Frontenac as a new place, checklists and subscriptions enabled. The township boundary was exported as a shapefile from the Frontenac Maps Geocortex Viewer and converted to KML.
Also the existing places for Central Frontenac and South Frontenac lacked boundaries, so I took the liberty of creating duplicate entries with boundaries and merging them into the existing ones. Subscriptions are now enabled for both. Hope that is alright!
