American Kestrel Attack

An American Kestrel swooped in and clung right to the outside of a European House Sparrow nest site. The nest is flush with an outside wall of a brick apartment building. The nest is one brick space wide and the Kestrel tried to to reach in with it's head to get the baby/fledgling house sparrow chicks, but was too big to get them.

A European Starling and House Sparrows raised an alarm call
