I am a high-school student currently doing independent science research on marine phytoplankton. I am sampling weekly and sending data to both HABWatch and California Department of Public Health Marine Biotoxin Monitoring Project. I have been learning about phytoplankton for about 6 months and I think they are fascinating and awesome! Slowly, but surely, I am becoming more familiar each of them.
