I am interested in mammal tracks and sign, fungi, birds and insects. I became interested in tracking animals just over a decade ago, and pursued opportunities to learn more from White Pine Programs, Earth Tracks, Sticks and Stones Wilderness School, Canadian Bushcraft and The PINE Project.

I was the first graduate of the Earth Tracks Tracking Apprenticeship and volunteered as a tracking mentor in subsequent years. I organized monthly tracking club outings for The PINE Project in the Toronto area before forming my own tracking club, Big Smoke Trackers. I've taught for the High Park Nature Centre, Canadian Bushcraft, Chris Outdoors and Parks Canada. In my spare time, I pursue the perfect bubble tea and escape from rooms.
