I started ROVwith off the back of a project on that I began on Open Explorer https://openexplorer.nationalgeographic.com/expedition/pier2peer. I have an interest in marine life and technology, I am not a diver but have fished before but not for a long time.

I am a hobbyist/enthusiast with an interest in this space and citizen science. I have spent over twenty years in a role where I routinely need to present findings to Court and ensure that findings are repeatable and verifiable.

The ROV provides me a window to a world that has always interested me and one I have always wanted to be a part of. We hope the ROV allows us to dive often and in places that might not be as popular for recreational diving yet no less interesting to a community like this.
