Yes not much call for Hermaphodite.
There are currently about 26 sex/gender fields, some specialized, some could probably be merged.
Good point about multiple individuals, I'll see if there is any objection to adding something like mixed/both to the main "Sex" field, as it would make it more useful.
I have renamed this field "Gender2" as there is also a field called gender and in some places the system doesn't recognise they are different fields.
But it would be much better to use the standard field Sex to record this piece of information in the observation.
