I saw this fox along the dirt road in between the white water park /green belt and veterans park and it had no fur on its tail and had its eyes barely open and was walking in circles a lot he eventually ran into private property down the dirt road I marked on the location. I got there as he started to walk away but I talked with another person who had been watching him for almost an hour and had called fish and game. I suspect it could be chronic wasting disease but I would like some more opinions, especially about the bare tail.
