Dead, sick wildlife at site of Tijuana sewage spill.

A 10News viewer took photos of a dead bird and what he said was a sick sea lion on Imperial Beach at the site of the 143-million gallon raw sewage spill that flowed up from Mexico in the Tijuana River.

Embattled Borderlands.

Borderlands are special spaces where cultures meet and mix, where diverse communities blend within the overlapping edges of two worlds. This is especially true in the U.S.-Mexico borderlands because the region lies along a natural boundary as well as a geopolitical border.
