December 1, 2018 (Saturday)

I found 58 dead newts on Alma Bridge Rd. today.
Last week (Nov. 25, 2018) I only saw one dead newt.
It rained on Tues, Wed, Thrs, and Sat this week. The reservoir and streams are filling up. Also, there are lots of sizeable puddles on and beside the trails and roadways.
